Hi Ghislain,

    Deploying an ePortfolio is a complex process -- I'd suggest you  
start with a working example to get your feet wet. There are many good  
examples provided at http://openedpractices.org/. The University of  
Michigan has an example matrix and portfolio template, for example, at http://openedpractices.org/resource/urop-matrix 
  and http://openedpractices.org/resource/urop-portfolio-template
