[Portfolio] Collaborative Portfolio Contributions

Hi all,

    Changes in support of Collaborative Portfolio Contributions (http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-16880 
) are now available for review on the osp-nightly server (http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8084/portal 
). Please take a look prior to next week's osp conference call. I'd  
like to review the implementation in preparation for merging the  
changes to the trunk.
