Folks,
First, a reminder that we'll be having our weekly teaching and learning
call tomorrow (Wednesday) starting at 12 noon EDT. Call-in information is
below and also posted on our confluence page.
Although this is a bit belated, I've attempted to begin to structure and
organize our recent discussions into two discrete "proposals" that I am
hoping to discuss and get feedback on during the call. My feeling is that
we need to begin to move out of the "discussion phase" and begin some
tangible work within the next few weeks. I'm hoping these proposals put
us down a path to meet that type of timeline.
The agenda and proposals are on Confluence at:
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/PED/10-7-09+Conference+Call
John Norman will also hopefully be joining the call towards the second
half of the hour (he has a conflict with the first half). I thought it
would be helpful to discuss, with him on the line, the issue that surfaced
last week regarding the desire to find a "metaphor" or conceptual
framework for Sakai 3 (this is a fairly vague statement which simply
reflects the fact that we just started to discuss this issue and it needs
to be fleshed out more).
OK, that is about it, talk with you tomorrow!
Josh
