[Portfolio] IU Matrix enhancements finally merged to trunk!

Hey everyone...finally got those changes merged to trunk and they were  
included in the noon build!
Feel free to poke around on http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/ 
portal or http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8083/portal and check  
things out!  It might also be worthwhile to do a quick test through  
the portfolio tool just in case there were some collisions with all  
the recent (or not as recent 2.6) changes.
I'll gather up the outstanding bugs and get them listed on the meeting  
page in a bit.
