[Portfolio] FCK editor freeform portfolio item plugin

Actually, I have created a Jira after poking at it for an hour:
SAK-16433:  FCK editor freeform portfolio item plugin does not create hyperlink

The inconsistency in the way it works leads me to believe there is a
bug and that it is NOT intended behavior.
