[Portfolio] "Double-pump" action in portfolio tool

Sean,
This is not intended behavior, just how the user interface evolved
from requiring an explicit save (but providing implicit feedback on
the add/remove), to implementing an implicit save (so the add/remove
javascript could now be implemented server-side). Feel free to write
it up as a bug.
