[Portfolio] Fwd: [Sakai Jira] Created: (SAK-15862) Portfolio Share notification should set reply-to in email

We've had a request to change the portfolio notification to set the  
email's 'reply-to' to the portfolio owner. Thoughts? Votes? If I don't  
hear any objections, I'll implement this (for Sakai 2.7) by the end of  
the week.
