[Portfolio] Portfolio Enhancements Request

Sean,

    This sounds like a good idea, but it serves a different use case  
than what is needed for UMich and others who have responded to this  
request. I'd rather wait until there is an institutional need for this  
-- or wait for Sakai 3, which will make a clean break from the  
relationship between sites and groups of users. If you'd like, feel  
free to write it up as a JIRA issue related to SAK-16610
