[Portfolio] IE8 and 2.6 Portofolios tool

Thanks, Christian. I was not particularly aware of these two items.  
We are planning some local pre-Fall QA in the next couple of weeks  
and I actually asked about IE8 in a meeting today. This helps focus  
by pointing at a couple of specific issues.

I don't know your familiarity with JIRA, but it would be great if you  
could get screenshots of these problems and create tickets against  
the Portfolios tool. You can leave the assignee as OSP JIRA Team and  
a handful of us will be notified. The Affects version should be 2.6.0  
and the Fix version should be 2.6.1 and 2.7 [Tentative].
