[Portfolio] Sharing portfolios with the .anon role in a "public" Sakai site

I'll talk in terms of the current functionality of Sakai 2.

The portfolio tool is usually used to allow a person to create a
presentation of material for a certain purpose. We create "templates"
that show up when a someone begins to author a portfolio. Often, these
templates have  one-to-one relationship to a purpose.

Let's say that the person setting up Sakai sets up a templates for
"Professional Showcase" and "Academic Review" type portfolios.
The Professional Showcase might be something that highlights the work
done by a student (in or out of their program) for display to
potential employers.
The Academic Review type of portfolio might be highly "standards"
based and couched in institutional verbage not that interesting to
potential employers.

So, if there were a collection of "public views", I'd hope to be able
to restrict/filter/sort/search through them on the basis of the
"template" or purpose of the portfolio for a particular audience.
