[Portfolio] Collaborative Portfolio Editing

Hi all,

    As I mentioned on Monday's conference call, UM would like to  
propose a new osp portfolio feature that grants support for  
collaborative editing of a portfolio by a group of users. I've created  
a confluence page for review -- hopefully on next Monday's conference  
call.
