[Portfolio] Problem moving to 2.6 artifact picker empty

We are trying to upgrade to 2.6, and in testing the OSP tools, when 
creating a portfolio, the artifacts are not present in the artifact 
picker, from either completed forms from a matrix or forms that were 
created new within the portfolio. We are not seeing any errors in the 
log files. Has anyone else moving to 2.6 seen this? Any suggestions anyone?
