[DG: Teaching & Learning] Meeting to Discussion Designs for Use of Lesson Builder

The University of Michigan has been working on a number Lesson Builder
UI refinements on its local instance of sakai. Hopefully these will be
allowed to be committed to trunk in the near future. If there s
interest, I could put together a short screencast to highlight some of
the refinement we have made.
