Hi Ken,

It happens in all browsers, including FF and IE, the only two browsers we
officially support. Safari seems to have been the worst offender though. The
browser is always the first question we ask our users. If the answer is
anything but FF or IE, we simply send them back where they came from and ask
them to use a supported browser.
