Hannah,
Do you have the Feedback Delivery set to Immediate Feedback?  I think
that may be allowing students to see the feedback for all selections.

At UD we found that the default Assessment Type had Immediate Feedback
as the default setting and, if faculty missed this, the students could
see all the correct answers.  We changed the Feedback Delivery to No
Feedback in the Assessment Type.
