[DG: Teaching & Learning] Test & Quizzes

Hello! 
I study at Saint-Petersburg university and now l'm learning Sakai, in
particular a tool "Test & Quizzes" as an instrument for examining students.
And also I try to compose some kind of method for the teachers about how to
make tests for distance-learning in general. 
I'd like to ask if there're anybody who study this question, does the sakai
community develop this instrument and in what way? 
(I don't know whether this is the right place to ask this, sorry, if not).
