[DG: Open Forum] Jasig and Sakai Announce Name for Proposed Foundation and Membership Vote on Merger

In Spanish is close to 'Apareo', meaning 'Matching' but also 'Mating'. 
So we have Sakai and JASIG matching/mating ;-)
