[WG: I18N & L10N] sakai problems with localisation Site Info tool print

Hi!

If  the participants with the names written in Russian,

And try to print this list from the Site Info tool

I get only ### signs instead of Russian letters. See attachment

If I print the list from the Roster tool it works fine.

What is wrong?
