[WG: I18N & L10N] Sakai 10 and translations

Hi,

News from the Sakai Core Team meeting:

The first release candidate is expected to be tagged in 4 weeks (April 4th).

Please provide your translations additions and updates within this time 
frame if you want them to be included in Sakai 10.

Will do my best with other members of the Sakai Core Team to get those 
in, help merging into trunk and the Sakai 10 branch is still welcome.
