[WG: I18N & L10N] SAKAI 10 Localisation Roster

Hi Igor,

The problem with the Roster tool title appears to be a bug - I can reproduce it on nightly with other languages too - can you write it up in JIRA (or would you prefer that I do)?

In regards to the role descriptions, I don't think these have ever been localized unfortunately. There's an outstanding JIRA for this:
