[WG: I18N & L10N] i18n of Quiz

Yes, Sakai "multi-language" at content level is an old dream of the
international community in Sakai. But it's a very complex thing and not the
first of the priorities... so, until now, no one has done a lot of work
about it (as far as I know)

Finally multilingual environments are working with Sakai as it is now
without a lot of difficulties (here in Spain we have the Spanish and others
regional languages and our system must be in both languages in each region
with regional language)

Anyway... as always is said in the Sakai community... if you feel this can
be useful and you want it... maybe you can do it and share with the
community ;)
