[WG: I18N & L10N] Committing translation that is many files

Well, i think you can announce that Sakai finally supports Hindi :D

I tested the locale and seems pretty good, congratulations. I added the 
locale in the supported locales list (inside the Kernel and Config), so 
we can test in depth in the next build.
