[WG: I18N & L10N] sharedI18N?

Hi all,

There is a sharedI18N folder in config. How to use it?

I now plan to translate some properties used in multiple tools. For
example, site type (project, course, portflio).
I think it's better to put these properties in some common place, so I
wonder whether sharedI18N is the proper place to do this.

Can anybody tell me the purpose of sharedI18N and shall I add shared
properties to it?
