[WG: I18N & L10N] what do you think realize some tests before to do a choice ?

Dear all,
after to have try the transifex and crowdin. I prefer crowdin because it's possible with crowdin to create of folders. It's important for a better use.
else the platforms are the same possibilities.

for me +1 for crowdin
