Hi,
As you can see in SAK-23662, we currently do not have a solution that works.
Sakai has had issues with localized date handling and pickers for a long
time.
A workaround could be to comment out the localized format for
output_data_picker_w_sec in
samigo-app/src/java/org/sakaiproject/tool/assessment/bundle/GeneralMessages_sv.properties
to handle the dates in English format. Please note there might be other
localized formats to disable to make this work or even maintain display
consistency and you might also need to update messages translations for
consistency too.
If you want to use Swedish date format, I would advise to try the fix
for SAK-23662 in Swedish and give your feedback in JIRA.
Please send us updates on how you solve this at University Of Skövde and
ask if you have any question.
