I agree, and it is maybe a larger conversation but perhaps now is a
reasonable time to think about that (or encourage the i18n folks to
think about it).

> It should be a simple fix, wicket has an application method to set the locale so it can pull the right bundle, and that just delegates to the Sakai resource loader. Does RSF have something similar or can it be made to work that way rather than going via Spring?
