[WG: I18N & L10N] Portfolio Russian Language

Hi All,

I' m trying to check the work of the Portfolio instruments in Russian
language.

Therefore I use the example from

I see two problems with the editors, when I' making inputs in the portfolio
pages.

1.      If I use CK editor, then there is just a field for the input,
without any area to choose tags for HTML. If I change, the CK Editor to FCK
Editor in sakai.properties, then I see it, and it works properly. So, the
first question is, does somebody know, why the CK Editor doesn't work in
this case.

2.      Second Problem. I can make the input in Russian language. I can save
it in the editor, and I see the Russian text in the Portfolio after it. BUT:
If I want to edit Russian Text and go to the editor again, the Russian text
is shown as "??????. So, it is impossible  to make any changes. If I'm
working with the other tools, and make inputs in Russian language in the
HTML fields, there is no problem with the editing.

May be somebody can help me with it.
