[WG: I18N & L10N] Sakai translation

This looks like a bug to me - I've written it up in JIRA:
	https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23669

If you create a JIRA account, you can select "Watch" to be notified of progress on fixing this bug. You can even submit a patch to fix the problem, if able :-)
