You could either use the 2.9.x branch which should be as stable as the
tags, since only verified patches get merged into it.

https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-2.9.x-all/

Or you could wait until someone creates a 2.9.2-all, which often happens a
few days after the release (2.9.2 was just released last Saturday)
