[WG: I18N & L10N] Translation of syllabi tool

Hallo, IM working on the translation of sakai in Russian language.

In the last time a lot of new features were added to the syllabi tool (for
the translation I use the trunk version)

At the first level of screens I can see Russian texts 



But if just click to add the date, then I see



So the Russian letters are not shown properly. I see only the letter -codes.
