[WG: I18N & L10N] Announcement about support library for BasqueandMongolian

Hi all,

The 'endorsed' library is currently deployed and working in the experimental build:
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8085/portal

It is not deployed in other build environments. You would see the difference between those builds in Basque or Mongolian.

Jean-François would create a JIRA ticket about this. https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23521
Please report the result there if you could.

Last but not least, Chris, and Matthew, thank you for helping my request.

Sincerely,
Yuki Yamada
