[WG: I18N & L10N] SAK-21908, Non-latin Chinese/Japanese characters are not supported in PDF file

Does this even need a property? Can't it just use the language preference?
(System or user)

If the language is set to Chinese or Japanese then use this font? I agree
that not having them linked and having to select another option is
confusing.
