[WG: I18N & L10N] SAK-21908, Non-latin Chinese/Japanese characters are not supported in PDF file

What would be the benefit of a user choosing a different font when exporting a PDF as opposed to a global setting in Sakai properties?
I think it would be unnecessary to have that option, possibly even confusing?
