[WG: I18N & L10N] Need an update on French (Canadian) translation status

Hi,

Sakai 2.7 is not completely translated properly. This will cause some
political problems to use it has it is. So I would like to know if there's
any group working on it? How can we contribute to accelerate the process
for our benefits and those of the community?
