[WG: I18N & L10N] Stable duplicated strings translations

Hi,

I had an idea some time ago about default strings and their translations 
shared across tools.

I had created a way to do it.

I've been busy with others things since.

Zhen Qian has now provided a patch to create a shared default 
"Processing......" string with its translations. A good way to thank 
Zhen for her current and future work on this would be for us translators 
to check the provided translations in your language.

The issue is https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-16735 and I've 
already commented about the fr_FR translation. The patch is attached to 
the issue. If you language is not included in the patch, you can provide 
one.

I'm sending a CC to the contacts listed with email in 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/viewsvn/reference/trunk/docs/readme_i18n.txt?view=markup 
that have a translation included in the patch. If you're not the contact 
anymore, please tell so we can update this file.
