[WG: I18N & L10N] Swedish Translations

Hi,

Can someone please review that Swedish translations checked in here:

I saw some bad Unicode characters when attempting a 2.9.1 merge.  I
referenced one file that seemed to have bad Unicode chars at the bottom of
the JIRA.
