[WG: I18N & L10N] JQuery timepicker

Hi all,



Jonas Eriksson has provided several improvements on JQuery timepicker. You can find all of them at https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22041. They seem good to me although I haven't tested them in deep. Before that I would like to know your feedback about applying them as they affect several tools (content, chat, calendar, velocity, announcement, reference). From i18n standpoint I consider critical to use the same timepicker widget across all Sakai tools so I would really appreciate if you take a slot to let us know your feedback.
