[WG: I18N & L10N] Complete french traduction

I would recommend that you work with the trunk using the full source checkout: https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-trunk-all. This can then be merged to the 2.9 and earlier branches. While the translations may not be 100% match for 2.8/2.7, they will be very close, and you can look forward to the best translation coverage in 2.9 (which is most closely aligned with trunk).
