[WG: I18N & L10N] mSub for Ja Sakai and Nagoya U

Cc: Sakai i18n WG, Ja Sakai people who concern and CMS TF in Nagoya U

We have a plan to translate Japanese resources of Sakai 2.8+ by using

 Benten: http://sourceforge.jp/projects/benten/wiki/FrontPage_en?action=showhist&text_id=63460

which is a open-source-based Translation Community Infrastructure to
attain a more consistent and collaborative localization work for Ja
Sakai Community.

Benten consists of a Subversion based server side repository and
Eclipse plugins.

As the svn server for Benten, we would like to use Sakai mSub.

So, could you create mSub spaces for Ja Sakai and Nagoya U?

We are planning to demonstrate the effectiveness of the use of Benten
Translation Community Infrastructure during Sakai Conference at LA
next month so that we need a write access within next week.

As far as the requirements of mSub written in

I, Shoji Kajita, who have already submitted Individual CLA fulfills
the condition to have the write-access.

I appreciate if you create

  msub/ja-sakai
  msub/nagoya-u

as soon as possible.
