[gradebook2-dev] new sakai server install

Jon,

The GB2 v1.8.0 tag references "2.10-SNAPSHOT" OOTB. So you need to
change that reference to the Sakai version that you are using. The
easiest way to do that is to look at another tool's root pom.xml and
copy the version from there. I hope this helps.
