[gradebook2-dev] mid term grade

That would be the approach I would take.  It probably wouldn't be too
hard to add a new menu option and some sakai.properties to control it.
 We'd probably add some new institutional advisor methods around it as
well.  Also would need to change the submit dialog to be able to
present different text.

I'm wondering how many schools would use it, but of course like above,
we'd likely want to gate it behind some sakai.properties.

If you want this, go ahead and file a GRBK with and iterate out
requirements.  If you want to do the work and supply a patch, which
would be nice, we can probably help you figure out where the changes
need to be.
