[gradebook2-dev] mid term grade

I'm assuming you want to trigger a transmission to an external service
automatically via gb2.

If its the same service as the FGS tool, you can do so by just doing
submit final grades (at least up to 1.7, then you may need to change
some things.) Doing so requires the gradebook to be in balance, but
it does not require all grades submitted.

If you want it to go to a separate service, then yes, changes will be
needed to the advisor at the least, likely the UI as well. If you can
determine w/o the user's input where to submit this, then you can do
that in the advisor method.

What are the exact requirements?
