[gradebook2-dev] TA import grade permission

I'm reposting my question with previous thread cleared. Sorry for the confusion if it caused any.

Hi GB2 developers,

One of our instructors wanted to grant TA the permission of importing the grade. It seems like it's not a part of TA permission options in GB2.  I'm just wondering whether you have plan to add it in a newer version? We are running 1.3.1 GB2.
