[gradebook2-dev] TA import grade permission

Hi GB2 developers,

One of our instructors wanted to grant TA the permission of importing the grade. It seems like it's not a part of TA permission options in GB2.  I'm just wondering whether you have plan to add it in a newer version? We are running 1.3.1 GB2.
