[gradebook2-dev] Unit Tests

Without a time-blocked reference to go by in this message, I'd say
that junit 4 would be preferable ... we should stay as up to date a we
can right?

But, practically speaking we may need to stay with 3 for some time...
but what is that time you might be considering? You mean for 1.6.0?
What are the considerations and how hard might it be to refactor
later? might be easier to develop new tests for 4 than to build for 3
and refactor ... I don't know

I'm sure you guys have considered all that but ... could you surface
that dialog and your judgements a little?
