[gradebook2-dev] Grade Scale Question

Is there any provision with the Gradebook 2 to create, modify, and maintain
Grade Scales now or in the near future through some admin UI? Feature which
will also propagate newly created Grade Scale into existing courses, and
creation of new Grade scale or modifying existing one for new terms.
