[gradebook2-dev] Gradebook 2 configuration option

So, I think I get this: you've changed the preferred displayid to
email and now even though email id's now get exported instead of
student id's, you can't import them....

I took a stab at fixing this and attached a patch which you can try at
your own peril. :) I haven't even compiled it..... I suspect this will
fix it... and will push it through as a fix for this.... has someone
created a jira, Thomas?
