Ah, so I re-read your original email - you're looking for groups you've
create IN course sites to show up in evalsys? Yeah, it doesn't do that yet.
That functionality needs to be developed.

The evalgroupprovider is a possibility you could look into - although as
far as I understand it's more about provisioning groups from outside Sakai
into Sakai so evalsys can use them. You'd need to implement
org.sakaiproject.evaluation.providers.EvalGroupsProvider. Jim Eng did a
proof of concept of implementing this provider here:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/evalgroup/trunk/impl/src/java/org/sakaiproject/evalgroup/providers/SimpleCMSEvalGroupProviderImpl.java
but it may be a bit out of date and I'm not sure this is the right path for
what you want.
