A good first step is to air the customisations on this list.

I'm not sure there's a formal process but in the past we've have phone conferences to discuss what's being proposed. I'd be up for that.

Subject: [Contrib: Evaluation System] Current evalsys practices for bugfixes and new features?

Hi all,

We are in the process of updating our very old evaluations branch to one based on 10.x. This includes migrating a number of customizations we had.

Some of these are bugfixes which ought to go into evaluations trunk, and some are features which we would like considered for evaluations. The features have all been running in our evaluations branch for some time.

What are the current project practices for getting proposed changes reviewed and bugfixes committed?

Regards
Stephen
