[Contrib: Evaluation System] best specs on eval system

Although I visited SVN Trunk Experimental on
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org/ and was able to access the eval tool
after adding it to a course, it was broken.

Absent being able to work with the tool hands-on are there a  good set
of specs that detail it's functionality somewhere?

I just want to know all the different options it has.  Screenshots
would be a nice bonus but not necessary.
